The budget project anticipates revenues for the Mykolaiv city territorial community totaling 4 billion 881 million 570 thousand 962 hryvnias, which includes general fund budget revenues of 4 billion 814 million 729 thousand 500 hryvnias and special fund budget revenues of 66 million 841 thousand 462 hryvnias.

According to the document, expenditures are proposed to be approved at a total of 4 billion 752 million 548 thousand 391 hryvnias, including general fund budget expenditures of 3 billion 591 million 521 thousand 704 hryvnias and special fund budget expenditures of 1 billion 161 million 026 thousand 687 hryvnias.

The budget also includes:

- repayment of loans to the special fund of the Mykolaiv city territorial community amounting to 7,429,000 hryvnias;

- provision of loans from the special fund of the Mykolaiv city territorial community amounting to 241,829,596 hryvnias.

The surplus in the general fund budget amounts to 1,223,207,796 hryvnias, while the deficit in the special fund budget totals 1,328,585,821 hryvnias.

The available balance of budget funds is 50,000,000 hryvnias, which constitutes 1.4 percent of the general fund budget expenditures.

The reserve fund of the budget is set at 50,000,000 hryvnias, which represents 1.4 percent of the general fund budget expenditures.
