Ukrainians will begin receiving a new subsidy
Starting from January 29, 2025, a new state support program will be launched in Ukraine. Internally displaced persons (IDPs) will be able to receive monthly subsidies for housing rent, which will provide essential financial support. This was announced by the Government.
To qualify for the subsidy, it is necessary to sign a rental agreement and submit an application to the Pension Fund or the CPAU.
The subsidy is granted for a period of six months, with the possibility of extending it for another six months upon resubmission of the application. The application will be reviewed within 10 working days from the submission date.
IDPs may qualify for the subsidy if the following conditions are met:
Landlords who officially rent housing to IDPs will receive tax benefits from the government. Specifically, personal income tax (PIT) and military levy will be compensated. For property owners who are individual entrepreneurs, the single tax rate will be reimbursed.
