U.S. President Donald Trump believes that Vladimir Putin is eager to end the hostilities in Ukraine. According to him, negotiations will involve Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

This was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing an interview with the Fox News channel.

"I see that Putin wants to stop the fighting in Ukraine. Zelensky will be involved in the negotiations for a resolution in Ukraine," Trump stated.

Additionally, Trump announced an upcoming meeting with Putin in Saudi Arabia.
