Those classified as fit for limited service must undergo a repeat military medical examination, or they will be declared wanted, according to the Ministry of Defense.
Ukrainians who were recognized as fit for limited service before May 4, 2024, are required to undergo a medical examination by February 4. Otherwise, they will receive a "wanted" status in the "Reserve+" application.
This information comes from the Ministry of Defense.
The ministry reminds that individuals classified as fit for limited service must undergo a repeat military medical commission within 9 months from the date the law No. 3621 comes into effect, specifically by February 4, 2025, inclusive.
Failure to comply with this requirement constitutes a violation of military registration regulations or defense legislation, mobilization preparation, and mobilization. Penalties may range from 1,000 to 1,500 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens - or from 17,000 to 25,500 hryvnias.
If a person with "limited fitness" status does not undergo the repeat examination by February 5, their electronic military registration document in "Reserve+" will remain unchanged. However, if the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support sends a summons for the military medical commission and the conscript fails to comply with the terms of that summons - the status "wanted" will be displayed in "Reserve+".
