The connection of residential buildings to heating will begin gradually starting today, February 16.

This was announced by the head of the OVA, Vitaliy Kim.

He urged residents to follow the authorities' instructions, as unauthorized heat extraction could lead to emergency situations.

"Regarding the situation with the heating plant after the shelling, we have found all the ways forward and know what to do now. Do not rush, follow the instructions as given, and everything will be fine," said Vitaliy Kim.

As a result of the attack, there are damages to critical infrastructure, and a fire has broken out. Additionally, five apartment buildings were damaged due to falling debris and the shockwave.

As a result of the attack, a 64-year-old man was injured and has been hospitalized. His condition is currently stable.

In the city center, a 'Shahed' exploded on the roadway – offices and shops were damaged.

Also in Mykolaiv, residential buildings were damaged and a store was completely destroyed after the explosion, leaving part of the city without heating.
