At least seven drones struck the Russian city of Kazan on the morning of December 21. Some of them hit residential buildings.
This was reported by the Russian propaganda news agency RIA Novosti, and Russian Telegram channels Astra and Baza shared videos from the scene.
The Kazan airport was temporarily closed for incoming and outgoing flights, and evacuations were carried out in certain schools.
A total of 8 arrivals were recorded, including one at an industrial facility, one over the river, and another 6 allegedly targeting residential areas.
The drones reportedly collided with buildings on Kamaleeva Avenue (two drones), as well as on Klara Tsetkin Street, Yukozinskaya Street, Khadi Takhtash Street, Krasnaya Pozitsiya Street, and a house on Orenburgsky Trakt Street, according to Russian sources.
