An employee at one of the branches of "PrivatBank" refused to serve a customer because he spoke to her in Russian. The relevant video is circulating on social media.

"I don't understand the Russian language at all," the woman says.

In response, the man states that the employee is obligated to serve him in both Russian and Ukrainian.

"You are a bank representative, you are required to serve people in Russian," the customer insists.

The woman replies that the law does not require her to communicate with clients in the language of the aggressor country, only in Ukrainian. After the man continues to argue, she ends the conversation.

"I think our conversation is over," the woman emphasizes.

At the time of publishing this material, there had been no official response from "PrivatBank" regarding the incident. There is information circulating online that the employee is from one of the "PrivatBank" branches in the Rivne region.
