Mrochko reported that around midnight, the Russian Armed Forces launched three KABs at Kherson. One bomb struck a nine-story building in the Central microdistrict. As a result of the attack, civilians were injured, the head of the Military Administration stated. Two of the injured are 13-year-old twins, a boy and a girl. The children sustained mine-explosion injuries and are receiving assistance. The third injured individual is a man with leg injuries and a traumatic brain injury, he wrote.
