For the second peace summit, Ukraine is preparing a three-point plan, which is part of the "Peace Formula". This was announced during a telethon by the press secretary of the President of Ukraine, Sergei Nikiforov.
"Ukraine is preparing a three-point plan to present at the second World Summit," Nikiforov stated, adding that it pertains to the provisions of the Peace Formula that were discussed at the inaugural summit in Switzerland.
Kiev is currently actively collaborating with Global South countries to secure their support, he emphasized.
According to him, the points of the Peace Formula that were previously backed by international organizations will form the basis of the document that Ukraine is preparing for the Second World Summit. Moreover, he noted that thematic conferences on other elements of the Peace Formula have been ongoing since late summer, and additional points may be included in the final document.
The Global Peace Summit took place on June 15-16 in Switzerland. It addressed issues of nuclear and food security, prisoner exchanges, and the return of abducted Ukrainian children.

We would like to remind that in September, President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that the Ukrainian victory plan should be presented at the second World Summit to "force Russia to a diplomatic end to the war".
At the same time, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov announced on October 7 the conditions under which Russia is willing to end the war in Ukraine. In particular, the Kremlin's proposal includes concessions on territories and a refusal to join NATO.
