Russian propagandists have received instructions from the Kremlin to promote narratives about Russia's victory in the war against Ukraine until the third anniversary of the full-scale invasion — February 24, 2025. This is reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
"Moreover, the specified plans may also include statements about 'Russia's victory over NATO,' as Moscow's propaganda has long depicted the war against Ukraine as a war with the Alliance," the GUR notes.
