Winter is already knocking at our doors, and every little child, as well as older ones, wants to believe in a beautiful snowy fairy tale. Saint Nicholas has gathered letters from his beloved children and is preparing pleasant gifts for them. Some will find a treat under their pillow, others under the Christmas tree, and perhaps someone will even get to meet the miracle worker in person.
ZAXID.NET has compiled a list of locations where children can meet Saint Nicholas and his helpers in 2024. His festive residences will be operational in Lviv and across the Lviv region.
Lviv
In Lviv, Saint Nicholas and his helpers have prepared several meetings for the children. Please be aware that most of these require prior registration.
Museum "Ancient Lviv"
From November 30 to December 10, meetings with the miracle worker will take place at the "Ancient Lviv" museum located at 21 Krakivska Street. The program includes a meeting with Saint Nicholas, a Christmas quest in search of gifts, and a choice of workshops: chocolate painting, decorating a Christmas ornament, or making soap. Every child will receive a tasty gift at the celebration.

Restaurant "Valentino"
On Friday, December 6, a meeting with Saint Nicholas in the style of Willy Wonka (a character from the novel "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory") will be held at the "Valentino" restaurant, located at 20 Nyzhankivskyi Street. The program includes a theatrical performance, a meeting with Nicholas and Willy Wonka, sweet gifts, photo opportunities, and a quest.

Dragon Park
From December 1 to 8, the Dragon Park entertainment center at 202 Stryiska Street will host Saint Nicholas's residence. Parents can buy festive gifts on-site or bring their own. Each child will receive a letter from Nicholas and a gingerbread prepared by his helpers. The residence will operate from 3 PM to 7 PM on weekdays and from 12 PM to 7 PM on weekends. On December 6, the entertainment center promises a special program.
Cost: visiting the residence is included in the entrance ticket price (350 UAH on weekdays and 500 UAH on weekends).

Secret Workshop of Saint Nicholas at "Sensotech"
From December 1 to 5, the "Sensotech" at 22 Ulas Samchuk Street in Stryiskyi Park will host the Secret Workshop of Saint Nicholas. The program includes a tour, workshops, treats, photo zones, a gift, and a meeting with Nicholas.

Metropolitan Gardens
From December 2 to 5, the Metropolitan Gardens at 5 St. Yuriy Square will host the Saint Nicholas Manor. A special program has been created for school groups, including a meeting with Nicholas, team games, a workshop, a photo zone, pizza treats, and gifts for children and even their teachers.
Cost: for groups of 20-24 children – 700 UAH per child, for groups of 25 children and more – 650 UAH per child.

"Shevchenkivskyi Hay"
From December 2 to 6, the Museum of Folk Architecture and Life named after Klymentiy Sheptytsky (commonly known as "Shevchenkivskyi Hay") will host the Saint Nicholas hut. Children will learn about Ukrainian traditions of celebrating winter holidays, craft a traditional Christmas ornament to take home, and receive a handcrafted gift from Nicholas.
Organized groups of children aged 6-9 years are invited to the event. The maximum number of children is 30 (+2 adults).

Lviv Region
Saint Nicholas at Emily Resort
From December 1 to 8, the Emily Resort in Vynnyky will host the residence of Saint Nicholas. Children can look forward to meeting the miracle worker, animation, hot cocoa with marshmallows, and the chance to see reindeer at Emily Zoo.

At the park-hotel "Ancient City" near Lviv, from November 27 to December 6 (from 10 AM to 7 PM), the residence of Saint Nicholas will be open. Children can attend a workshop on decorating Christmas ornaments, receive a gift from Nicholas, enjoy cocoa with cookies, and also participate in activities with animators and photo zones.
Cost: 500 UAH (one adult can accompany a child for free). For groups of 15 children or more, there is a 10% discount (not applicable on weekends and December 5-6).

The Saint Nicholas hut will be open from December 3 to 7 at the bear sanctuary "Domazhyr." Besides meeting the miracle worker and receiving a gift from him, children will enjoy a forest tour where bears live, and they will be treated to delicious cocoa or tea.
