In the Europe Square, located on Sadovaya Street in Mykolaiv, the pavement tiles around the "Heavenly Hundred" monument have sunk in places and are "waving."
This was reported by a correspondent from Novosti-N.
The deformation of the tiles is noticeable at the intersection of Sadovaya and Spasskaya Streets, right in front of the fountain, not far from the "Heavenly Hundred" monument. Photographs reveal that the surface beneath one of the benches in the square has sagged, creating "waves."
Attention was drawn to the surface in the square, apparently, as far back as the opening of the "Heavenly Hundred" monument in 2015, when a nice appearance was needed for the ceremonial event. Currently, the green area is under the management of the KP "Mykolaiv Parks," which is responsible for maintaining order in all parks and squares of Mykolaiv.
