New traffic lights have been installed at the intersection of Sadovaya Street and Bolshaya Morskaya in Mykolaiv.
This was reported by a correspondent from “Novosti-N.”
As of Monday morning, November 25, new traffic lights have been set up at the intersection, but they are not yet operational. Traffic is currently being managed by the old traffic lights.
Additionally, some of the old traffic lights that controlled pedestrian movement have already been dismantled, while the new ones are still not functioning. Currently, four out of twelve pedestrian traffic lights are operational at this complex intersection.
Work is ongoing at the site.
It is worth noting that the old traffic lights at the intersection of Sadovaya and Bolshaya Morskaya streets were operational and in good condition, as evidenced by their continued function in managing traffic until the new installations are activated. The average cost of one traffic light is around 5,000 to 7,000 hryvnias.
