In the Mykolaiv region, there are plans to construct a residential complex for 6,500 residents: funding is being sought.
The regional administration has a project to build a residential complex consisting of 26 apartment buildings in Pervomaisk, Mykolaiv region.
This was stated by the head of the Mykolaiv regional administration, Vitaliy Kim, during a conversation with journalists.
The project involves the construction of high-rise buildings with 1,703 apartments, which will provide housing for 6,525 people. The implementation requires 3.3 billion hryvnias — currently, this funding is unavailable, and the administration is looking for financial support.
- There is no funding at the moment, but we hope it will come through. The project may be carried out in stages, and we won't need to spend all the money at once to build the entire complex — the 26 apartment buildings. However, this is a priority for us, and we are striving to make it happen and to allocate even more apartments, - Kim stated.
