A new residential complex with parking and a shopping mall will be built in Mukachevo.

Two multi-story buildings and a shopping and entertainment center with an underground parking facility will be constructed on Mytropolita Volodymyra Street in Mukachevo. The residential complex will feature a children's playground and a relaxation area for adults.

The area of the future residential complex will be nearly one hectare. Currently, the construction of a seven-story building is underway, being erected by the company "Komfortbud M" on its site.

As reported to ZAXID.NET by the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Mukachevo City Council on January 30, following the approval of the detailed plan, which will expand the construction area by incorporating private land plots, a section of buildings with varying heights (from 7 to 4 floors - ed.) and a shopping and entertainment center will also be built in the block between Mytropolita Volodymyra and Petro Lintur Streets.

The buildings will be connected by a common underground parking lot for 140 cars, which will also serve as a radiation protection shelter. In total, the residential complex will include 104 apartments and will be equipped with a children's playground, bike parking, and a space for relaxation and fitness for adults.

Public hearings with a presentation of the detailed plan for the area between Mytropolita Volodymyra and Petro Lintur Streets will take place starting January 31 at the Mukachevo Center for Public and National Cultures.
