In a hotel in Kyiv on the night of Saturday, November 23, a conflict erupted between two groups, resulting in gunfire. A 27-year-old man lost his life due to the incident. This was reported by the Kyiv police.
At one of the hotels in Kyiv on Saturday, November 23, around 1:00 AM, gunfire occurred during a conflict between two groups.
“Inside the hotel, a dispute arose between two groups, which escalated into a fight, during which one participant drew a weapon and fired several shots at his opponents,” the police stated.
The 27-year-old man sustained injuries from which he died at the scene. Additionally, the assailant injured the deceased's friend and a hotel security guard. According to the police, both were hospitalized in satisfactory condition.
One participant of the fight has been apprehended, while the shooter is still being sought.

Kyiv police have initiated criminal proceedings under charges of intentional murder and hooliganism. The shooter faces up to 15 years in prison.
It should be noted that on November 15, a video was circulated in Ukrainian Telegram channels, showing a man in military uniform allegedly shooting at another man. The captions claimed that the shooter was supposedly an employee of the Territorial Recruitment Center. On that same day, the Ministry of Defense stated that it was verifying information regarding the possible use of a weapon by an employee of the Territorial Recruitment Center in the village of Shchaslyve, Kyiv region.
