In Ivano-Frankivsk, the director of a management company was fined following a car accident caused by icy road conditions.

The Ivano-Frankivsk City Court found Andriy Hulich, the director of LLC "Hal-Komfort," guilty of violating road maintenance regulations. For the accident that occurred on an uncleared snowy road, the head of the management company was fined 850 UAH.

As stated in the court ruling issued on February 17, an accident involving two BMWs took place on December 25, 2024, in a courtyard on Heroiv Mykolaiv Street in Ivano-Frankivsk. On that day, the road was icy and had not been cleared of snow.

Andriy Hulich did not attend the court hearing. After reviewing the case materials, Judge Dmytro Rudenko found him guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 4 of Article 140 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses (violating the rules, norms, and standards for the maintenance of roads and streets) and imposed a fine of 850 UAH.

It is worth noting that LLC "Hal-Komfort," founded in 2008, is one of the largest management companies in Ivano-Frankivsk, providing services to owners of more than 5,400 apartments.
