A new industrial park will be established in Burshtyn, located in the Prykarpattya region, in 2025. On February 28, the government made a decision to include the facility in the Register of Industrial Parks. The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine has announced plans to create up to a thousand new jobs.
“The 'Burshtyn' industrial park will attract investments, promote the processing industry, and contribute to the economic growth of the region. Its establishment opens new opportunities for business and international cooperation,” said Vitaliy Kindrativ, Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine.
The creation of the park was initiated by the Burshtyn City Council. Its total area is 20.5 hectares, and its activities are focused on the development of the processing industry. Enterprises operating within the park will be involved in the following sectors:
An industrial or manufacturing park is an area within a settlement designated for industrial development. Such facilities are created to provide enterprises with shared infrastructure and to jointly manage their environmental impact.
