In Brody, a drunk driver was involved in an accident that included three vehicles.

In Brody, both drivers were injured as a result of a head-on collision between two cars. One of them was under the influence of alcohol. The accident also caused damage to another parked vehicle. The incident occurred on February 27 around 12:30 PM on Filvarki Street.

As reported by the police, the vehicles involved were a Renault Twingo driven by a 50-year-old resident of Brody and a Volkswagen Golf operated by a 66-year-old local inhabitant. Following the collision, the Volkswagen was pushed into a parked Citroen Berlingo.

As a result of the accident, the drivers of the Renault Twingo and Volkswagen Golf sustained injuries and were transported to the hospital. Medical personnel determined that the driver of the Renault Twingo was operating the vehicle while intoxicated.

Investigators have opened a criminal case under part 1 of Article 286-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violating traffic safety rules by individuals operating vehicles while under the influence).
