The TCK of Mykolaiv region has released its official stance on the "mobilization scandal."

The Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support of Mykolaiv Region has made its official statement regarding the "mobilization scandal."

On the social network "Facebook," the official position of the Mykolaiv Territorial Center for Recruitment has been released concerning the scandalous situation involving the alleged mobilization of a "reserved" employee from a critical enterprise.

"In light of the information circulating online about the cancellation of the reservation and the mobilization of the reserved employee from a critical enterprise, we would like to clarify the following:

On November 5, 2024, the Mykolaiv District Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support received an order from the head of the Mykolaiv District Military Administration to cancel mobilization assignments (orders) for certain enterprises, including LLC "ATF 'AGRO-DELO'," – they stated.

The Territorial Center noted that according to subparagraph 2 of paragraph 12 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 76 dated January 27, 2023 (which was in effect at that time), the provided deferment is subject to cancellation in case of "completion of the mobilization assignment (order) by the enterprise, institution, or organization, or its cancellation." They emphasized that "the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Military Obligated Individuals, and Reservists automatically annulled the reservation of the military obligated employees of the specified enterprise."

"However, aside from the execution of the mobilization assignment (order), the cancellation of which led to the annulment of the reservation, this enterprise was previously recognized as critical for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihood of the population during a special period.

Since the officials of the Mykolaiv RTC and SP did not take this factor into account, the Mykolaiv Regional RTC and SP is conducting an internal investigation regarding this matter," – they added.

Earlier, MP Oleksandr Fedienko stated that in the Mykolaiv Regional RTC, despite the "reservation," an employee from a critical enterprise was mobilized.
