An athlete from Mykolaiv sets a world record
Kateryna Sadurska from Mykolaiv has established a new world record in freediving by diving to a depth of 82 meters in the "constant weight without fins" category, surpassing her previous achievement by two meters.
She announced this on Instagram on November 26.
Kateryna noted that despite the seemingly effortless dive, the journey to the record was challenging, and she expressed gratitude to everyone who supported her.
"This is already my sixth world record this year. It's still hard to believe," she wrote.
