How many people died in the Mykolaiv region due to enemy shelling: the prosecutor's response
Acting head of the Mykolaiv regional prosecutor's office, Denis Falchenko, reported that air and artillery strikes in Mykolaiv have destroyed and damaged thousands of residential homes, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and critical and energy infrastructure, as informed by the press service of the regional prosecutor's office.
As a result of enemy shelling, 527 people have died, including 14 children, while 1,453 individuals have been injured, with 88 of them being children.
He also added that prosecutors are overseeing more than 2,300 criminal proceedings regarding violations of the laws and customs of war.
