Quick Mandarin Tiramisu: Today's Recipe!

A classic tiramisu can be made more festive by using the main and beloved fruit – tangerine. This dessert contains little sugar and is sure to please everyone. Recipe from Kate.nora.blog.

Ingredients:

Peeled 200 grams of tangerines and blend them until smooth.

Whip the cream with powdered sugar until fluffy, then add the mascarpone and gently mix until smooth.

Take a springform pan and break part of the biscuits in half. If the pan is narrow in diameter, you can leave them whole – there should be enough cream to fill it completely.

Dip the biscuits (sugar-free side) into the tangerine puree and arrange them around the edge of the pan (dipped side facing inward).

Spread a bit of cream on the bottom of the pan. Dip the sponge biscuits in the tangerine puree on both sides and layer them over the cream.

Add a layer of cream on top, then another layer of biscuits, followed by more cream.

Continue layering until you reach the top of the pan. Decorate with cream and rosemary.
