The head of the Rivne Regional State Administration, Koval, reports that 280,000 citizens are currently without electricity and water following a massive attack by the Russian Armed Forces. Local authorities have promised to provide more information about the aftermath of the strike.

More than 280,000 subscribers in the Rivne region were left without electricity following a massive attack by the Russian Armed Forces on the morning of November 28. This was reported by the head of the local military administration, Alexander Koval, on his Telegram channel.

According to him, over 280,000 subscribers are currently without power due to the shelling, and there are also some disruptions in water supply for residents.

"Schools in Rivne and parts of the Rivne region are being transitioned to remote learning," wrote the head of the Rivne Regional State Administration, adding that more information will be provided later.

Earlier, local media reported that a series of explosions occurred in Rivne. Residents reported the beginning of power and water supply interruptions.

Massive missile attack by Russia — what is known
