A well-preserved 1974 Buick LeSabre has been accidentally discovered in the USA. This luxurious American car hasn't been used for the past 20 years and serves as a time capsule. This information is reported by Autoevolution.
For unknown reasons, this Buick LeSabre was placed in a shed in the early 2000s, where it remained until now. However, prior to that, the car was driven a little; its mileage over half a century is only 30,900 km. Throughout this time, the vehicle had just one owner.
0The large 5.7-meter Buick LeSabre coupe needs a wash and interior cleaning, but overall its condition is quite good. The body is free from rust, and its paintwork and chrome details have been well preserved. The interior is entirely intact. Currently, the Buick is listed for sale on eBay for $7,000.
Under the hood, the Buick LeSabre is equipped with a powerful 7.5-liter V8 engine generating 250 hp. It is paired with a 3-speed automatic transmission.
1 2All 1974 Buick LeSabre models came with power steering and front disc brakes, while options included air conditioning, cruise control, power seats, traction control, and even airbags.
By the way, a different Buick coupe from the 70s with the same 7.5-liter engine has recently been added to the exhibition at the "Wheels of History" museum in Kyiv.
