The Prosecutor's Office is seeking to annul the special permit for the extraction of granite from the Viktorivske deposit in the Mykolaiv region through the court.

The Voznesensk District Prosecutor's Office, under the written instruction of the Specialized Environmental Prosecutor's Office, has filed a lawsuit in court, in the interests of the state, against the State Commission of Ukraine on Mineral Reserves and the State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine, demanding the cancellation of the commission's decision and the special permit for subsoil use.

It has been established that based on the decision of the State Commission of Ukraine on Mineral Reserves, the enterprise obtained a special permit for subsoil use for extraction without following the required auction procedure, which contradicts legislative requirements and infringes upon state interests.

The Mykolaiv District Administrative Court has initiated proceedings on the case.

The Viktorivske granite deposit is located in the Mykolaiv region of Ukraine, near the village of Viktorivka. This deposit is known for its significant reserves of high-quality granite, which is widely used in construction and finishing works.
