As a result of an enemy attack on the village of Solonchaki near Ochakiv, volunteer Artur Kucheryavenko was killed, and his father is in serious condition.

“A tragic event has occurred in the large family of NEEKA. On November 25, 2024, our representative and volunteer in Mykolaiv region, Artur Kucheryavenko, and his father Vladyslav were providing humanitarian aid in the village of Solonchaki near Ochakiv, delivering coal for targeted distribution to local residents in preparation for the winter season. It was during this time that they came under Russian drone fire, resulting in injuries to six civilians. Due to the ongoing shelling, doctors were unable to provide emergency assistance on-site, and the injured were transported to the hospital,” the statement reads.

It is noted that Vladyslav Kucheryavenko underwent surgery and is in serious condition. Unfortunately, his son Artur, who sustained severe injuries, could not be saved.

According to the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, during one of the shellings in the village of Solonchaki, while humanitarian aid was being distributed, six people were injured - two representatives of the humanitarian mission and four local residents. Unfortunately, by the morning it became known that a 30-year-old man had died from his injuries in the hospital. The other injured individuals are in serious but stable condition.
