As a result of a Russian strike in the Vinnytsia region, a woman was injured, and there were damages to residential and agricultural buildings, according to the regional administration. Additionally, a warning was issued in Ladyzhyn regarding the threat of a missile attack.

On the morning of November 28, Russian cruise missiles posed a threat to the Vinnytsia region. The region was overflown by Kalibrs launched from the Black Sea, and X-101s launched by Tu-95s from near Murmansk. The Vinnytsia regional military administration reported damages resulting from the Russian strike. The first deputy head of the OVA, Natalia Zabolotna, wrote on her Facebook page about the explosions, destruction, and injuries.

Zabolotna's message appeared around 8:30 AM, following reports from the air command about the threat of the first wave of "Kalibrs" and the second wave of X-101s. The official reported that the aftermath of the Russian strike included damage to residential buildings, outbuildings, and a private vehicle. Additionally, one person was injured: a woman was taken to the hospital. The specific location affected by the Russian military's munitions was not disclosed.
