In the Mykolaiv Regional Military Commissariat, despite the "reservation," an employee of a critically important enterprise has been mobilized.

This was reported by people's deputy Oleksandr Fediienko on his Telegram page, where he published the response from the Military Commissariat that he received in reply to his parliamentary inquiry.

“I received a response regarding the mobilization of a reserved employee.

This means that it is now possible to cancel the deferment for an employee of a critically important enterprise, even disregarding the fact that he was reserved.

Furthermore, there is a note that the Mykolaiv Regional Center for Recruitment and Social Support operates within the framework of current legislation.

The problem with this entire situation is that it is now impossible to demobilize such a person.

The enterprise loses a critically important worker.

And the entire reservation system, which relies on enterprises operating within the law to reserve critically important workers, is compromised.

You may offer a salary of one hundred thousand, but you will not be able to protect your employee from further mobilization,” the message stated.
