On the morning of November 28, Russian forces launched a massive attack on energy infrastructure facilities in Ukrainian cities. In the Khmelnytskyi region, air defense units intercepted five enemy missiles. This was reported by the head of the regional military administration, Serhiy Tyurin, on Facebook.
“As a result of the Russian attack, there is a partial power outage in the Shepetivka and Khmelnytskyi districts. A private agricultural building and the roof of a private house were damaged. No reports of casualties or injuries have been received,” noted Serhiy Tyurin.
Air raid alerts in the Khmelnytskyi region lasted from 05:17 to 09:16.
Additionally, on the morning of November 28, energy infrastructure facilities in Kropyvnytskyi, Kharkiv, Odesa, Khmelnytskyi, Lutsk, and Rivne came under Russian attack. As a result, “Ukrenergo” implemented emergency power outages.
