On the banks of the Ingul River (in the territory of the village of Mykhailo-Laryne, Mykolaiv region), a "sauna" and holiday cottages have emerged.

Concerns regarding the illegally constructed structures were reported to the "hotline" of the State Environmental Inspection for the southwestern district, as stated by the agency's press service.

A commission consisting of eco-inspectors, representatives from the land relations department of the Voskresenske village council, police department No. 4 of the Mykolaiv Police Headquarters, and the applicant conducted an inspection of the coastal area.

During the inspection, instances of illegal activities by an individual were documented:

- unauthorized occupation of land
- soil pollution
- violation of waste disposal regulations

The offender has been held administratively accountable under Articles 53-1 and 82-5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, and a report was filed under part 1 of Article 52 of the Code. Additionally, inspectors collected soil samples for further analysis to determine the level of soil contamination.
