The Ministry of Education and Science plans to utilize artificial intelligence during the evaluation of Ukrainian school textbooks. This was announced by Deputy Minister Nadiya Kuzmychova during a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Education, Science, and Innovation, writes “Osvita.ua”.
According to the official, starting next year, the Ministry of Education and Science intends to significantly update the mechanisms for preparing textbooks for schools. The changes will affect all stages of the preparation of educational literature – from updating the requirements for books to altering the approaches in delivering textbooks to schools.
In particular, from 2026, the ministry plans to begin checking the compliance of textbooks with the requirements for educational literature not only with the involvement of experts (provided an expert is randomly assigned to a textbook) but also using artificial intelligence.
Distance learning is becoming increasingly relevant for modern students. However, for it to be effective, one should choose a school that offers a flexible schedule, an individual approach, and innovative methodologies. This is precisely what the largest distance school "Optima" offers. Get a demo access and provide your child with quality education without compromises.
We remind you that earlier the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Education, Science, and Innovation recognized the work of the Ministry of Education and Science regarding the provision of textbooks and teaching aids to schools as unsatisfactory.
