In December 2024, the Interregional Center for Vocational and Technical Education in Artistic Modeling and Design in Lviv signed a contract with LLC "Roxis Group" for the major renovation of the College of Design and Restaurant Business located at 195 Hordotska Street. The contract amount is UAH 24.072 million. The document has been published in the electronic procurement system Prozorro.
The procurement page does not include a technical specification to clarify the nature of the work to be performed at the college. Only one appendix to the contract mentions prices for material resources. The document refers to window and door blocks, thermal insulation, mixers, components for sewage systems, sinks, toilets, paint, and more.
The contract was signed by the college director, Natalia Overko, and the director of LLC "Roxis Group," Oleg Koval. According to data from the YouControl service, the owners of the contracting firm are Oksana Koval and Oleksandr Segin. The company was established 11 years ago in Lviv. It is worth noting that Oleg Koval is also the owner of another construction firm, LLC "Budmontazhresurs," which is also involved in renovations of educational institutions.
The contract worth UAH 24 million is the largest in recent years for LLC "Roxis Group." The firm primarily engaged in minor ongoing repairs in schools and centers for children and youth creativity in Lviv, with contract amounts not exceeding UAH 1.5 million, and mostly being around UAH 500,000. The firm also carried out some work for the Lviv University of Life Safety.
In October 2023, the firm received a contract for UAH 8.2 million from the Lviv Regional Medical Center for Prevention and Treatment of Addictions. Prior to this, the last significant contracts the firm received were in 2018, which involved the construction of the "Halychyna" rehabilitation complex for UAH 86.5 million. At that time, the director of the firm was Roman Yastremskyi, a village elder in the Bibrka community. Final works on the construction are currently being carried out by other contractors.
