The message states that a criminal scheme was uncovered by investigators from the investigative department in collaboration with the cybercrime unit of Rivne Oblast, under the supervision of the regional prosecutor's office.

Two state registrars from Dnipropetrovsk region altered the ownership of three apartments in Lviv. Currently, the suspects are hiding from the investigation, and they have been declared wanted. According to the court ruling, they will be taken into custody upon arrest. This was reported on Friday, February 28, by the police of Rivne region.

The statement notes that the criminal scheme was uncovered by investigators in collaboration with the cybercrime prevention department of Rivne region under the supervision of the regional prosecutor's office.

Law enforcement officials found that the two registrars from Dnipropetrovsk region, abusing their authority, failed to verify all documents and information, and entered data into the State Register regarding the change of ownership for three apartments in Lviv. Thus, the suspects registered ownership for these properties under a fictitious company. Subsequently, they prepared and issued an extract from the register, which allowed the sale of this real estate to third parties. Investigators have notified both of them of suspicion under part 3 of article 365-2, part 3 of article 362, and part 3 of article 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.

As stated in the court rulings, the state registrars re-registered the apartments in the ownership of LLC "TEKHNOKOM" in 2017-2018. At the time of the crime, one suspect held the position of a state registrar for the executive committee of the Malomykhailivka village council in Pokrovsk district, Dnipropetrovsk region. The other suspect worked as a state registrar at the Pokrovsk district state administration in Dnipropetrovsk region.
