The minimum pension increase will be 100 UAH, while the maximum will reach 1,500 UAH. The average projected increase is 556 UAH.
After indexation, the average pension in Ukraine will amount to 6,345 UAH.

Starting March 1, certain categories of pensioners may be eligible for additional supplements:
If a person's pension does not reach the specified amounts, they will receive a supplement to reach the stated level.
Insurance Payments
From March 1, monthly insurance payments for 158,000 individuals who suffered from workplace accidents and occupational diseases leading to loss of capacity, as well as those entitled to insurance payments in case of the victim's death, will be indexed.
The increase for recipients of insurance payments will not exceed 1,500 UAH, regardless of the category.
Fines for Entrepreneurs
Starting March 1, all entrepreneurs must transition to a new format of fiscal receipts. Businesses will be fined for not having POS terminals, failing to submit data to the tax authorities, ignoring tax inspections, and not formalizing employees.

Medication Prices Will Decrease
In March, the prices of several medications will change. Ukrainian pharmaceutical manufacturers are obliged to reduce prices by 30% on 100 of the most popular medicines.
Medications will decrease in price by 10-40%, including hydrogen peroxide, pain relievers like "Analgin," "Citramon," "Diclofenac," "Ibuprofen," heart medications "Validol" and "Corvalol," children's vitamin C in various flavors, vasoconstrictor drops "Naphthyzin," and others.
Changes in Mobilization Exemption Rules
The exemption from mobilization for employees of critically important enterprises has been automatically extended until March 31. Previously, the deferral was granted only until the end of February. However, the Cabinet made the decision to extend the term.
Managers have the entire month of March to re-register their subordinates. To do this, they must prove that their enterprise meets the criteria for being critically important to the economy.
Men Traveling Abroad
In March, men transporting humanitarian and medical cargo will travel abroad under general conditions. From now on, such drivers will be permitted to leave Ukraine provided they have other grounds for departure, such as being over 60 years old, having multiple children, or being disabled.
The Cabinet previously revoked the right of the Ministry of Development and military administrations to allow drivers to exit the country for the needs of the Armed Forces and humanitarian assistance transportation.
Additionally, starting March 3, the exit of artists abroad will be suspended due to numerous cases of abuse. The Ministry of Culture will develop a new algorithm for issuing permits.
Financial Support for Refugees
In March, there will be an automatic reassignment of living allowances for all IDPs already receiving funds from the state. Payments will continue for another six months, provided they meet the criteria. The amount is 2,000 UAH for adults and 3,000 UAH for children and individuals with disabilities.
Moreover, for those IDPs who do not receive living allowances, a new type of compensation will be available in March – a housing rental subsidy. This will be allocated similarly to housing subsidies for those forcibly displaced persons who are in the greatest need of financial assistance.
