The former administrative building of the abandoned "Lvivsilmash" factory will be converted into an office center. The relevant urban planning conditions and restrictions were presented at the meeting of the executive committee of the Lviv City Council on September 21.
This concerns a three-story building located on the territory of the abandoned "Silmash" factory at 207 Horodotska Street. It is planned to adapt it for public functions. The parameters of the building will remain unchanged, while the first floor will be modified to accommodate the needs of people with limited mobility.

Additionally, the non-functional third floor will be transformed into an attic with active functions. According to the visualizations, commercial spaces and restaurants will be situated on the first floor.
According to the urban planning conditions and restrictions, "Narodna 5" LLC has approached the Lviv City Council. The company was registered in 2023 and is involved in the production of building materials. The sole owner of the company is Yevheniya Sabashuk, the daughter-in-law of the people's deputy of the 4th and 8th convocations, Petro Sabashuk. Her husband, Illia Sabashuk, owns the former "Silmash" factory and is developing the Lemberg Industrial Park on its territory. This company has already received permission to convert the abandoned boiler house of the "Lvivsilmash" factory into an office center.
In December 2024, a number of Sabashuk companies, including "Narodna 5" LLC, "LOC", "NOC", "LPK", and "Tsех-8", received approval from the city council for land allocation for the development of the factory area.
