In Khmelnytskyi, authorities detained the owner of 11 websites featuring child pornography.

A man has been detained in Khmelnytskyi who created and administered 11 websites featuring child pornography. The suspect faces up to 15 years in prison for distributing prohibited content, as reported by the police press service on February 21.

According to the investigation, the 44-year-old resident of Khmelnytskyi created and managed 11 websites where he distributed prohibited content. An expert examination confirmed that the photos and videos exhibit characteristics of child pornography.

The offender has been apprehended. During the investigation, the court has placed him in custody with the possibility of posting bail set at 302,000 UAH.

For the production, distribution, and sale of child pornography (parts 3, 4 of Article 301-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), the Khmelnytskyi resident faces up to 15 years of imprisonment.
