The head of the Regional Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Transcarpathian regions, Pavlo Yatsyna, has been dismissed from his position. Maxim Panchyshyn, who previously worked in the National Police's Strategic Investigations Department, has been appointed as the new head.
According to ZAXID.NET, the Regional Service Center announced that Pavlo Yatsyna was removed from his position as the head of the Regional Service Center in Lviv on December 3, by order of the main service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. He has been transferred to the position of deputy head of the Regional Service Center in Ternopil region.
As of December 19, Maxim Panchyshyn has been appointed the new head of the Regional Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Transcarpathian regions. He previously served as a senior operative in the Strategic Investigations Department in Lviv region.

According to the declaration, the new head of the Regional Service Center, Maxim Panchyshyn, earned approximately 560,000 UAH in salary in 2023, while his wife Natalia earned an additional 125,000 UAH. Maxim Panchyshyn also holds 4,000 USD in cash, while his wife keeps 6,000 EUR and 260,000 UAH in cash. The new head declares a residential house of 142 m2 registered in the name of a relative in Shchyrtsi and his own land plot in Solonka.
Maxim Panchyshyn drives a 2020 Volkswagen e-Golf, which is registered to a relative and was purchased in 2023. His wife drives a 2016 Volkswagen Passat, registered to a citizen named Roman Stasyshyn.
It is worth noting that Pavlo Yatsyna led the Regional Service Center in Lviv for over a year, since September 2023.
