A modern medical hub called “MonoDoctor” will be established in Lviv, bringing together professional healthcare providers and advanced medical services. The hub's initiators are inviting both medical clinics and private doctors to collaborate, with their needs already considered in the contemporary architectural and design solutions.
According to the initiators, Lviv continues to strengthen its position as a center for innovation and modern medicine in Ukraine, and the opening of a new location on Rufa Street will be another significant step in this direction. The site on Rufa Street was chosen deliberately, as it is located near the Lviv Regional Clinical Hospital, which serves both residents of Lviv and the surrounding region.
The new “MonoDoctor” space aims to transform the approach to medicine in Lviv by focusing on innovation, quality service, and teamwork. Specifically, the new medical hub will implement advanced technologies that meet European standards. Specialists will provide each client with an individualized and unique approach, which will be a key value of the new location. Most importantly, the hub will bring together specialists from various medical fields in one place, creating opportunities for an interdisciplinary approach to treatment.
What will the medical hub offer?
First and foremost, it will provide a convenient and comfortable space for patients, featuring infrastructure where they will feel confident and secure, as well as a variety of medical services concentrated in one location.
Additionally, the hub will unite different medical brands – it will become a platform for the development of medical startups and brands looking to scale and reach a new level. Private doctors and clinics will be able to rent space in the hub, as the facilities will take into account all aspects of modern medical engineering.
The space will also host specialized seminars, training sessions, and workshops for healthcare professionals, making the hub a platform for experience exchange among specialists from various fields.
Synergy of quality medicine and modern design
The design project for the modern and innovative medical hub MonoDoctor on Rufa Street, covering a total area of 45002, is created by the bureau Myks architects. The designers preserved minimalism while creating a stylish atmosphere. The interior combines warm shades with cool materials: stone, glass, and metal. An interesting element is the drinking water fountain in the waiting area.

The architects also planned for the use of natural light through large glass partitions, which will create a bright and spacious atmosphere in the rooms. The reception desk will be the central element of the hub and will emphasize detail. Functional zones are logically separated, ensuring comfort for both patients and staff.
How “MonoDoctor” impacts medicine in Lviv
“As the founder of ‘MonoDoctor’, I believe that specialized medical brands must be part of a unified ecosystem approach; only then can they withstand the challenges posed by large multidisciplinary medical giants. The new medical hub is not just a place for services; it is a space where patients will receive care, service, and primarily, expertise in their field, in addition to treatment. Our goal is not just to create a location but to set a new standard for medical centers in western Ukraine. It’s a place where innovation, professionalism, and trust will unite, creating the foundation for the future of medicine in Lviv,” said the founder of “MonoDoctor,” Veronika Fedishyn.
“MonoDoctor” also invites everyone who wants to be part of the team to collaborate. If you are looking for an opportunity to develop your brand in a new space – join the new medical hub on Rufa Street.
“The new location on Rufa Street will not only be a workspace but also a place where great ideas are born and bold projects are realized. Lviv is changing, and we are proud to be part of this transformation. Let’s create the medicine of the future together,” added the initiators of the innovative space.
